Starting Point

The customer, in this case a private investor or a foundation, wants to expand his real estate portfolio by buying a specific property.

Goal

The goal is that the purchase happens in a safe and sustainable manner.

Course of Action

The process begins with a second opinion, wherein Adiuventia creates an analysis of an object together with its privileged partners and in compliance with all relevant due diligences.
The analysis will then provide information about the strengths and weaknesses of the property, and ascertain the performance of its value.
After examining legal aspects, such as fiscal considerations and possible applicable fees, which are reviewed through a renowned law firm’s (the privileged partner) assessment, the results are presented to the client so that he can make a sound decision.

Lastly, Adiuventia will take care of the administrative aspects of the purchase, such as registration into the land registry and negotiations of the payment terms.
