Philanthropy Management, Example I
Planning and implementation of personal promotion strategies for benefactors and founders.
Starting Point
The client, in this case a benefactor or founder, wants to implement a non-profit promotion strategy for classical music or theatre.
Goal
The client wants to get involved in a project as a benefactor, but does not want to personally get involved in the development of the venture. The promotion of a cultural event needs to result in a successful social event, and secondarily also reflect positively on the benefactor’s reputation.
Course of Action
Adiuventia assists the client in finding the right symphony orchestra or theatre group, guiding the entire process from conception to the successful first debut.
In order to disencumber the client, Adiuventia will follow through on the conceptualization of the course taken (in conjunction with the client) and ensure the compliance with the requirements and overall aims (by checking up on rehearsals, for instance).
The realization of the plan also entails appropriate marketing and the successful performance of the event. All advertising channels can be used, whether the traditional avenues (newspaper advertisements, billboard posters, radio and TV) and/or modern (internet presence, online services, mobile devices).
